一般原产地证明书（CO）

　　一般原产地证书是证明货物原产于某一特定国家或地区，享受进口国正常关税(最惠国)待遇的证明文件。

General Certificate of Origin (CO)

A general CERTIFICATE of origin is a document certifying that goods originated in a specific country or region and enjoy normal tariff treatment of the importing country (most favored nation).

（三）区域性经济集团互惠原产地证书

　　目前主要有《〈曼谷协定〉优惠原产地证明书》、《〈中国-东盟自由贸易区〉优惠原产地证明书》、《〈中国与巴基斯坦优惠贸易安排〉优惠原产地证明书》等。区域优惠原产地证书是具有法律效力的在协定成员国之间就特定产品享受互惠减免关税待遇的官方凭证。

Reciprocal certificate of origin for regional economic groups

A regional preferential CO (CEPA) is a legally binding official certificate granting reciprocal tariff reduction or exemption for a particular product between the member states of the AGREEMENT.

　　1、《〈中国-东盟自由贸易区〉优惠原产地证明书》（FORM E）自2004年1月1日起，凡出口到东盟的农产品（HS第一章到第八章）凭借检验检疫机构签发的《中国-东盟自由贸易区》（FORM E）优惠原产地证书可以享受关税优惠待遇。
