公司章程只需要认证复印件就可以了
注意的是：两个文件都需要认证完整的资料，不可以缺一！
里面涉及到公司其他资料文件必须也要对应提供！

The resolution of the directors shall be the original certified and sealed

Only the certified copy of the articles of association is required
